  • Business Leadership

    Our leadership programs are intended to enhance leadership abilities, address local issues, and improve the quality of life in our community. The Business Leadership program was started in 1999. It is made up of individuals who are residents and/or employed full time in the Donelson, Hermitage, or adjacent areas. The goal is to produce well informed and motivated leaders.

  • Youth Excelling

    Youth Excelling in Learning Leadership, also known as Y.E.L.L., is a youth leadership program which is the result of a Business Leadership class project. The goal of this program is to provide youth an opportunity to have an inside look into the many facets of our community, meet the business leaders, and explore for themselves business and career opportunities for the future.

  • M3 Leadership

    Modern, Mature and Motivated (M3) is how we define our leadership program for dynamic, active senior adults age 50+. Our M3 Leadership program began in 2008 and is made up of retired or semi retired adults who wish to learn more about their community and become more involved in making Donelson and Hermitage a better place to live.
